  • 2 lb turkey (Ground turkey (ensure it is pure meat with no additives or fillers))

  • 2 tbsp ginger (Freshly grated ginger)

  • 0.25 cup honey (Pure honey, for the glaze)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (Freshly squeezed lemon juice)

  • 1 tsp thyme (Fresh thyme, finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp salt (Sea salt)

  • 1 tbsp oil (Olive oil or coconut oil for cooking)

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 1 tablespoon of the grated ginger, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

    Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef bites and cook, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes). Remove the beef bites and set aside.

    In the same skillet (remove excess grease if necessary), combine the honey, lemon juice, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently, until the glaze slightly thickens (about 3-5 minutes).

    Return the cooked beef bites to the skillet. Toss gently to coat them completely in the ginger-honey glaze.
