1 cup Yogurt (Homemade 24-hour fermented SCD yogurt)
0.5 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
0.25 teaspoon Turmeric (Ground, for color and anti-inflammatory properties)
1 tablespoon Honey (Pure, use more or less to taste)
0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon (Ground (optional, for flavor))
1 pinch Black pepper (To help absorption of turmeric)
