Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt (Homemade 24-hour fermented SCD yogurt)

  • 0.5 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)

  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric (Ground, for color and anti-inflammatory properties)

  • 1 tablespoon Honey (Pure, use more or less to taste)

  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon (Ground (optional, for flavor))

  • 1 pinch Black pepper (To help absorption of turmeric)

Instructions

    In a medium-sized bowl, place the 24-hour fermented SCD yogurt.

    Add the ground turmeric and cinnamon (if using) directly into the yogurt.

    Using a spoon or whisk, mix the yogurt and spices thoroughly until the yogurt achieves a uniform 'golden' color and the turmeric is fully incorporated.

    Drizzle the pure honey over the top of the golden yogurt.

    Top the bowl with the fresh or frozen blueberries. Serve immediately.
