  • 0.25 cup water (chilled (or use more yogurt for thicker texture))

  • 1 tbsp gelatin (unflavored gelatin powder (pure protein source))

  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract (pure vanilla extract)

  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (ground)
